Neuroscience-informed services for recovery, regulation, and performance

Helping clients build greater control over emotion, behavior, and brain health through neuroscience-based education, personalized strategy, and targeted interventions.

NeuroRecovery Curriculum

A structured, neuroscience-informed program designed to harness the brain’s capacity for change through behavior-driven neuroplasticity.

Most people do not change simply because they understand themselves better. They change when they repeatedly practice new ways of interpreting, responding, and behaving until those responses become more automatic and more deeply wired into the brain.

The NeuroRecovery Curriculum is designed to do exactly that.

It is engineered to strengthen top-down control and increase engagement of the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain responsible for self-awareness, emotional regulation, decision-making, and impulse control. As participants learn to recognize internal cues, interrupt reactive patterns, and choose more intentional responses, they begin building greater agency over emotions, behavior, and daily choices.

Rather than offering surface-level motivation or generic coping skills, this curriculum helps participants repeatedly exercise the brain systems involved in regulation, inhibition, perspective, and purposeful action. Over time, that process helps reinforce healthier neural pathways and reduce the dominance of automatic, stress-driven, or self-defeating patterns.

Emotional reactivity, impulsivity, negative thought loops, stress-driven behavior, self-sabotage, and disconnection from long-term goals.

How it works

Neuroscience education, guided reflection, pattern recognition, cognitive reframing, and deliberate behavioral practice designed to create real and lasting change.

What it builds

Prefrontal engagement, top-down control, emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and greater capacity for intentional action.

Additional Services

Neuro Coaching

Personalized, one-on-one support designed to help clients apply neuroscience-based principles directly to the challenges they are facing in daily life.

Neuro Coaching is for individuals who understand that something in their thinking, emotional patterns, or behavior is not working, but need a more individualized process for translating insight into action. These sessions focus on identifying the specific patterns that are keeping a person stuck, whether that is emotional reactivity, impulsive behavior, cognitive overwhelm, poor follow-through, or repeated self-sabotage. From there, we build practical, personalized strategies to improve self-awareness, increase emotional regulation, strengthen decision-making, and create more effective behavioral structure. Rather than offering generic motivation, this service is designed to help clients make real-time adjustments in the way they interpret situations, respond to internal states, and move toward their goals.

What it targets: overwhelm, emotional instability, impulsivity, poor habits, inconsistent follow-through, cognitive overload, and difficulty turning insight into meaningful change.

How it works: one-on-one sessions focused on pattern recognition, behavioral strategy, emotional regulation, and practical application of neuroscience-based tools to the client’s real life.

What it builds: clarity, accountability, consistency, better decision-making, and greater ability to act intentionally under pressure.

Brain Mapping & Neurofeedback

Objective brain-based assessment and targeted training designed to identify dysfunctional patterns and help reinforce healthier brain activity over time.

This service uses brain mapping and neurofeedback to provide a more direct look at how the brain is functioning. Brain-based assessment helps identify patterns that may be associated with issues such as poor focus, stress overload, emotional reactivity, impulsivity, cognitive fatigue, sleep disruption, or lingering dysfunction related to trauma, substance use, or brain injury. Neurofeedback then uses real-time information about brain activity to help train more adaptive states through repetition. Rather than relying only on self-report, this approach gives clients a more objective understanding of how their brain may be contributing to their symptoms and provides a targeted method for improving regulation and performance over time.

What it targets: attention problems, stress dysregulation, emotional reactivity, impulsivity, cognitive inefficiency, sleep-related issues, and brain-based patterns associated with recovery, trauma, or TBI.

How it works: brain-based assessment is used to identify functional patterns, followed by neurofeedback training designed to reinforce healthier and more adaptive brain activity.

What it builds: improved regulation, stronger focus, better nervous system stability, greater cognitive efficiency, and a more targeted path for brain optimization.

Brain Optimization

A data-informed service designed to improve the biological foundations of brain health and performance.

Many issues with mood, focus, energy, and resilience are not just psychological. They are also physiological. Brain Optimization uses in-depth blood panel analysis and other relevant physiological data to identify underlying factors that may be interfering with cognitive function, emotional stability, and overall well-being. Based on those findings, we develop a personalized strategy that can include targeted supplementation and other supportive recommendations to help create a stronger internal foundation for recovery, regulation, and performance.

What it targets: brain fog, low energy, unstable mood, reduced focus, poor resilience, and physiological imbalances that may be affecting brain function.

How it works: comprehensive blood panel review, physiological data analysis, and personalized supplementation strategies tailored to the individual.

What it builds: improved clarity, stronger energy, better mood stability, enhanced cognitive performance, and a more optimized foundation for long-term change.

Recovery Support

A neuroscience-informed service designed to help individuals build a more stable, intentional, and sustainable recovery.

Recovery Support is for individuals who want more than abstinence alone. It is designed for people who want to understand the brain and behavior patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of craving, relapse vulnerability, emotional chaos, compulsive habits, or chronic disconnection. This service helps clients identify the internal and external patterns that continue to drive dysfunction long after substance use stops. Through brain-based education, structured support, and practical behavioral strategies, clients learn how stress, conditioning, reward circuitry, trauma, and reinforcement history influence their responses, and how to begin building the internal stability required for lasting recovery. The goal is not simply to stop using. The goal is to strengthen the ability to live differently.

What it targets: relapse vulnerability, compulsive behavior, emotional instability, self-sabotage, chronic dysregulation, and the lingering patterns that remain after substance use has stopped.

How it works: neuroscience-informed education, behavioral strategy, emotional regulation work, and structured support designed to strengthen long-term recovery capacity.

What it builds: self-trust, emotional resilience, recovery stability, stronger decision-making, and a more durable foundation for long-term change.

Trauma, Stress & Emotional Regulation

A brain-based approach to understanding and reducing the effects of chronic stress, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.

Many people are not stuck because they lack intelligence, motivation, or insight. They are stuck because their nervous system has become conditioned toward protection, hyperreactivity, or shutdown. This service helps clients understand how chronic stress and trauma shape emotional responses, thinking patterns, behavior, and relationships. It then provides practical strategies to help reduce reactivity, increase awareness of internal cues, and build greater capacity to pause before acting. By repeatedly practicing more regulated responses, clients begin to reduce the dominance of automatic survival-based patterns and gain more consistent access to higher-order thinking and intentional action.

What it targets: anxiety, anger, rumination, overwhelm, shutdown, chronic stress, emotional reactivity, and nervous system dysregulation.

How it works: education around stress and trauma physiology, pattern awareness, emotional regulation strategies, and repeated practice designed to reduce automatic reactivity.

What it builds: stress resilience, emotional steadiness, greater internal safety, improved self-regulation, and more reliable access to clarity under pressure.

Performance & Cognitive Resilience

A neuroscience-informed service designed to help individuals improve focus, composure, decision-making, and sustainable performance under pressure.

Performance problems are often not just about discipline. They are often about cognitive overload, stress reactivity, poor internal regulation, and inefficient behavioral patterns. This service is designed for individuals who want to operate at a higher level without burning themselves out in the process. It focuses on identifying the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral factors that are interfering with execution and helping clients build more effective systems for focus, resilience, and follow-through. Whether the issue is inconsistency, decision fatigue, poor stress tolerance, or difficulty maintaining performance over time, this work is designed to improve how a person functions when it matters most.

What it targets: poor focus, inconsistent execution, decision fatigue, stress-related volatility, cognitive inefficiency, and performance breakdown under pressure.

How it works: neuroscience-informed assessment of current patterns paired with practical strategies to improve regulation, focus, behavioral consistency, and cognitive performance.

What it builds: sharper focus, stronger composure, better execution, improved resilience, and more sustainable high performance.
